The MD BBQ Bash has been voted the “Best Event in Harford County” by readers of the Baltimore Sun and attracts an estimated 35,000 attendees over our 2 days. We seek the best food vendors to serve our patrons and aim for a diverse mix of offerings.
The MD State BBQ Bash will take place on Friday, August 9 from 4pm – 10pm and Saturday, August 10 from 12pm – 10pm. This is a rain or shine event.
All applicants must submit payment with their application.
Only space is provided. All accepted vendors must provide their own equipment and material.
Check-in begins on Thursday, August 8th from 6pm-9pm and Friday, August 9th from 8am-11am. Setup is Friday morning, August 9th and Health Department inspections begin at 10am. All setup must be completed by 12pm on Friday, August 9th and all vehicles must be removed.
All applications are due on Tuesday, April 30th.
To serve any barbecue products we require the vendor to also compete in the State Championship KCBS contest in all 4 categories and we expect them to be competitive in the contest.
All vendors must be open for the duration of the event (both days).
