The MD BBQ Bash has been voted the “Best Event in Harford County” by readers of the Baltimore Sun and attracts an estimated 35,000 attendees over 2 days. We seek the best Crafters/Exhibitors to serve our patrons and aim for a diverse mix of offerings. Currently, space is available for 45 vendors.
The MD State BBQ Bash will take place on Friday, August 10 from 4pm – 10pm and Saturday, August 11 from 12pm – 10pm. This is a rain or shine event.
All applicants must submit payment with their application.
Only space is provided. All accepted businesses/vendors must provide their own tables, chairs and display materials.
Electricity is available for lighting only.
Wifi is not available.
Set-up time will be communicated as we get closer to the event date.
Setup is mid-day on 8/10 with all booths complete by 1pm. All crafters must be open the entire time the Bash is open 4pm-10pm on Friday and 12pm-10pm on Saturday. Electricity (for light only) is available at all spaces. No vehicles are allowed back in the area after setup.
All applications are due on Friday, July 13.
All artwork and products sold must be the businesses original work or have the proper licensing.
All products must be for sale at the price range indicated on the form.
Submission of this application constitutes an agreement with all conditions of this show and includes permission to use submitted images of accepted works for publicity purposes.
You must submit payment with your application to be considered. If your application is not accepted, we will refund your payment.
All vendors must be open for the duration of the event (both days).
No vehicles are allowed back in the event area after setup.
