Paint the Town Pink
In a partnership with The Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation (UCHF), the Bel Air Downtown Alliance is supporting National Cancer Awareness Month. The Kaufman Cancer Center on the campus of Upper Chesapeake Medical Center is fully funded through charitable gifts which directly help nearly 1,500 cancer patients and their loved ones in our community cope with the physical, financial, psychological, and emotional aspects of cancer. The month of October is filled with decorated store fronts, point of sale items, fundraising events and promotions throughout the county and on the campuses of University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health. It is a time where the Bel Air community comes together for a cause that so many of us are affected by.
